Good Morning everyone! Well, I did it! I've cleaned my craft room! What a chore that was! I'm hoping to get busy today creating a couple more cards but in the mean time I thought that you would like to see what I made on the weekend. Back in November, my husband's associate and his wife gave birth to their first, a baby girl ! I've only seen pictures, but she is absolutely beautiful. Once again,(because I'm "cheap")I've made my own template for a baby "onesie". The double sided dp is from Martha Stewart, used my circle "Nesties" to cut out the neck and legs and the scalloped "Nesties" to add the frilly cuteness. For the finishing touch, yellow brads, a sweet little bow and some tiny pearls. Well, that's it for today, take care,..............til next time!

Happy New Year !
Happy New Year ! Hope all of my friends, family, and fellow bloggers had an exceptional holiday season ! As much as I love the holidays, I really love January and February. I think of them as my months to regroup and reassess things that I need to do for myself, things that I need to do around the house, what things need to be done in the garden come spring. By the end of February, my nose will be "planted" in gardening catalogues with hopes and dreams of those first glorious warmer days of spring. Awwwwwwwwww! Reality check! It's FREEEEZING in my little corner of the world! The last few days have been bitter cold, with blowing winds that are making the trees groan! So it's off to my craft room today to literally "clean house"! It's a tragic mish mash of all things Christmas. If I have any hope of participating in any challenges in the very near future, I must "find" my table first! With that said, here is a Christmas card that I water coloured using my Tombow markers. Way back in August or September, I emailed Mo Manning of Mo's Digital Pencil, with a few questions regarding printer inks and water colouring. She generously not only took the time to answer my questions, but also sent along a few images for me to try. Thanks Mo ! So here is my very first "digi" stamp. I gave this card to my BFF Brenda who has decided to start "dabbling in Copic magic" and I'm trying to resist that temptation! Crazy for Challenges this week was to use polka dots, hmmmm I think this fits the bill. Til next time,................

Are You Ready?
I'm not ready!!!!!!!!!!!We are getting right down to the wire and I still have a couple dozen cookies to make and gifts to wrap, but I plan on going to bed very soon so that I can get up extra early and get everything done. I made several of these cards to send out this year, the papers are from Basic Grey, Papertrey, and Prism. The sentiment stamp is from Impression Obsession, the pinecones are from a SU set that I cut out, "popped up" and glittered and the sprig is from the same set. That's all for now folks,.................til next time!
