Happy Saturday everyone!
Good grief it's been a hot one this week hasn't it!!!
I'm not complaining,.... but I'm forever grateful for any means of relief !
Air conditioning being at the top of that list, along with splashing around in my pool or lounging with a pina colada or a frozen margarita in my hot little hand.
How have you been coping with the heat?
Is your Kraftin' Korner in a cool spot?
What a great way to beat the heat,......go to your Korner and join in the fun with the Krafty Girls for this week's challenge.
Our super talented Tara has come up with a fun sketch for us for challenge #88.
My card for this challenge features Emilie Goulet's "Butterflies Flutter By" from the June release.
Don't you think that her sweet little face reminds you of the Campbell Soup Kids?
I used my Copics and pencils to colour, pulled out dp from Basic Grey, Echo Park and Papertrey, used a couple M.S. punches, added some ric rak, a button, a butterfly (Cuttlebug die) with rhinestones, and a few dollar store dots (with added glitter!). The sentiment is included.
So,..........are you up for a challenge?
Just ink and link your creations on the Kraftin' Kimmie Challenge Blog for your chance to possibly win some Kandy!
Just a little note to say thank you for the birthday wishes for my DD last weekend.
She read all your well wishes over my shoulder then I got an elbow for adding that little animation! Tee Hee!
In the mean time,....
